Ghada Ageel is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Alberta and a columnist for the Middle East Eye, London, UK. She is the editor of a new book, Apartheid in Palestine: Hard Laws and Harder Experiences.
Editor's Bio: Doaa Elseify
Doaa Elseify, an Egyptian-Canadian translator and interpreter, received her master’s degree with excellence in Linguistics in 2004, from Ain Shams University in Cairo and her bachelor’s degree in 1999 from the Faculty of Al-Alsun, French department, Cairo, Egypt. Her studies were focused on translation, which provided her an opportunity to deeply study grammar in both French and Arabic Languages. A member of proz.com, Doaa has been working as a translator for 14 years. She has expertise in translating in a wide variety of settings, including educational, financial, industrial, oil & gas and technical. Doaa has travelled and lived in Egypt, the United Arab of Emirates, Norway and Canada, which has given her substantial knowledge of the Middle Eastern, European and North American cultures. Beside her translation work, Doaa offers her valuable interpreting skills to serve Arabic speaking communities in Edmonton as a community interpreter with the United Cultures Association of Canada.
